Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 4 PM are typically shipped the same day if in stock.

We ship from U.S. and China warehouses, selecting the closest location for faster delivery.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Free Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (for orders over $39.99).

• Standard Shipping: $7.99, 7-15 business days (for orders under $39.99).

Order Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation within 48 hours. A tracking number will be emailed once shipped.

Address Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement. No address changes once shipped. If the address is incorrect and the package is lost, the customer is responsible.
